What is Lean Management?

Lean Management is a way of thinking or mindset that believes in creating value for the customer by optimising resources, it is a culture of continuous improvement that can be practised at every level of the organization. Lean is a methodology that helps us identify and eliminate waste in all its forms and provide value-added services to our customers. It helps to create a work environment that assures the quality and safety of all work, for both customers and staff. It is a long-term approach to continuous improvement to systematically seek to achieve small, incremental changes in processes in order to improve efficiency and quality.

NIQC’s Certified Lean Manager Certification Program is a 08 to 09-hour instructor led live online program which happens on weekends. Registered participants will be added to a WhatsApp group based on the batch chosen by the participants, all relevant communications regarding the training including the session joining link will be provided in the group. Participants will have to click on the link and join the session. They will also get access to our online portal, which is an umbrella with access to:

1. Best in class, simple to grasp study material

2. Video recording of the complete course where in our experienced MBB explains each topics specified in our CLSSBB study material.

3. Access to attend the CLSSBB Exam, which consists of 50 MCQ’s with a time frame of 90 min and a passing percentage of 70%.

4. Option to download a globally accepted certificate with lifetime validity immediately on successfully clearing the exam.
