Leaders must know their people, their name, position and what they are handling. Leader should always appreciate the people, give them value. Leaders pay attention towards their people for the work that they do. Knowing your people especially will make them feel happy and respective. Leadership is meant that build an inspirational vision for future. Motivating your people to enlist for the vision. Inspire the team to achieve the vision in more effective way.

Providing a positive feedback to your internal and external customer increase a leader’s performance. People are doing better than you, every organisation has some people have with their particular specification. Make time for your team. You might be having other important work but your people come first, they might be having your support to achieve targets. You should have a regular time for the team to attached with them or you can manage by walking around that is effective way to get in touch with them. Be always polite.
